Our practice, located on Wade Blvd. between Preston Rd. and Parkwood Blvd., right across from the Otis Spears Elementary School, is easy to find. We have parking outside our office and on-site X-rays for your convenience.

Same-day appointments are accepted where available. Saturday hours are also available. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit®, and HSA plans are also accepted. Auto accident and PI assignments are accepted as well.

We’re only in network with TriWest and Medicare. All other insurance claims must meet their deductible before submission.
